The de Havilland DH.110 Sea Vixen is a twin boom, twin-engined 1950s–1960s British two-seat jet fighter, designed by de Havilland. Developed from an earlier first generation jet fighter, the Sea Vixen was a capable carrier-based fleet defence fighter with the ability to fold up its wings for space-saving on carriers. It was one of the first British fighters to be able to achieve supersonic speed...and yes, it did use aircraft grade ply for some of its external shaping!
